We at POE-South Bay are proud to be supporting students determined to go to college and launch a career.  Drawing from the greater San Jose area, our mostly first gen students are challenged by the rising cost of college.  POE-South Bay aims to bridge the gap between what financial aid is available, what funding that can come from working and their families, and the cost of a 4+ year college education.  In addition to bridging the financial gap, we match students with a mentor who has been the college route, had/has a career, and gained experiences to share.  Our goal is to help the students maneuver through the obstacles in college, meet their goals, and be productive citizens.
